FARM TO FOOD BANK MONTH

Help the Orange County Food Bank and Community Action Partnership of Orange County celebrate the first annual “Farm to Food Bank Month”. The California Department of Food and Agriculture and the California Association of Food Banks have joined together to declare this December as the first annual "Farm to Food Bank Month."  California’s farmers and ranchers are contributing to the health of communities and improving food access in Orange County and across the State.

The Orange County Food Bank operates Farm to Families and Farm to Kids, which provide fresh fruit and vegetables to low-income children and families across Orange County. Thanks to CAFB, CDFA and the California agriculture community, our Food Bank has been able to provide over 1,000,000 pounds of fresh produce to low-income families and children in Orange County.
